Getting started is easy
It only takes a few minutes to create your Online Fundraising Page:
- Click the Get Started button.
- Register online for our "event" by following the step-by-step instructions.
- Personalize the text and the photo on your Fundraising Page to demonstrate to viewers how important this issue is to you, your family, and the people you care about.
- The political message is important, but your personal message is what will inspire people to donate to Vermont Freedom to Marry.

- Send the link to your friends, family, colleagues - anyone who might help you reach your goal.

We have received a match grant from the Samara Foundation for $500! For every NEW donor to Vermont Freedom to Marry the Samara Foundation will match the donation up to $50. This match STARTS Monday, March 16 and ENDS Friday, March 27. This is a great way to recruit new donors who may not be willing or able to give a lot of money. If they donate just $25, with the match, they will really be getting Vermont Freedom to Marry $50!

Results from the Freedom to Marry Drive:
Bari and Diane Shamas raised the most amount of money and had the highest number of donors. They won the autographed Melissa Etheridge guitar AND the iPod Nano!
Dan Breen and Jim Burnett came in second winning both Small Dog Electronic Gift Certificates!
