On behalf of the thousands of Special Olympics New York athletes, thank you so much for your support of Spike's Hike 2008!  Over 350 people and 28 teams chose to take advantage of the unique 50/50 Revenue Share offered by Special Olympics New York at Spike's Hike, and we will be giving back over $27,000 to support their programming.  What a great way for all of us to work together and help all our special causes!

The top fundraising team at Spike's Hike 2008 was The Assisi Institute who raised over $14,000.    The top invidivual fundraiser again this year was Brian Gundy, who raised over $4,600.  In addition, special thanks must be given to our sponsors for Spike's Hike:  Wegmans, the Rochester Red Wings, DPI Printing, Best Times Financial Planning and Aaron's.
