A die-hard fan and CU alum, husband, and father to 2 boys, Roger was diagnosed 2 years ago with Glioblastoma Multiforme and was given a rather grim prognosis. We walked in 2006 while he was undergoing radiation following his craniotomy. Two years later, after weathering hospitalizations, seizures, chemotherapy, pulmonary embolisms and just plain exhaustion, we walk this year in celebration! We are thankful that he is beating the odds (and improving the statistics) for this aggressive form of cancer.
"Shoulder to shoulder we will fight, fight, FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!"
