Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
As for the past 2 years, this project is about a crazy guy (read: me!) who wants to ride 3,000 miles from coast to coast on his bike in less than 12 days, in order to raise money and awareness for Nashoba Learning Group.
But it’s also about a guy who just wants to realize his dream, and by doing so trying to help people who are not as lucky as he is.
This project is simply about passion, dreams, effort, love, compassion, solidarity.
John McClellan is what I consider as my American brother. Without him and his tremendous help over the last 3 years, I wouldn't have the chance to even think of doing anything close to this project.
John has a son, Sean, who has autism. His wife Liz has created in 2003 from scratch Nashoba Learning Group, a school for children with autism. My goal is simply to give a little bit back to John and his family.
However, I know that there are thousand of great and various charities in need of your help. I will never tell you to fund NLG versus another charity. My role is simply to promote Nashoba Learning Group. At the end of the day, it's going to be your decision to help NLG, to help another charity, or even to do nothing. No one can blame you for that decision.
Please, go to www.nashobalearninggroup.org for more information.
Thanks,
Patrick
Donating through this website is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to support my fundraising efforts.
Many thanks for your support -- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!
