Located in Mendon, New York, the EquiCenter is a not-for-profit, volunteer-based therapeutic horse center that serves people of all ages with disabilities and at-risk youth from the Greater Rochester Area....

My personal message:

Only nine more days to the big event!!! The Equicenter Horse Trail Trials! I will be riding my hobby horse five to six miles on the trail with real horses. All to raise money for the Equicenter. The Equicenter provides horseback riding lessons for people of all ages with disabilities. I am running on behalf of my niece Cailin MacKenzie. She is developmentally disabled, the right and left side of her brain are not connected. She is nonverbal and many of her of symptoms resemble autism. Since she has been horseback riding she has just blossomed. So on her behalf; this old lady will be running the trail and going through the obstacles with the real horses to raise money for this incredible program.

So if you can, please sponsor me, any amount will greatly be appreciated. this is an amazing program run by amazing people. After all Megan doesn't run for just anybody!!!
