Our personal message:
Yo Everybody!
So a few of us are running a 5K to support a great organization up here in Beantown. It's called The Samaritans and they work to provides numerous resources for those who are suicidal and extremely depressed. Think about giving something, even if you have just a small amount to spare. Donating as little as $5 makes you a hero in my eyes and will go to help people who could use all the support we can give 'em.
Being a sponsor through this site is simple, fast and completely secure. It is also the most efficient way to make a contribution to our fundraising efforts. Many thanks for your support-- and don't forget to forward this to anyone who you think might want to donate too!

Peace and Love~
-Lauren
