My personal message:

Starting August 29th 2009, a mix of dedicated Parents, Scientists, and Rock Stars will come together to summit Mt. Rainier in Washington State.

The Goal: To raise Awareness and Money to Find a Cure to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD). Each climber is responsible for raising $14,410 each (the elevation of Mt. Rainier).
The summit to Mt. Rainier is listed as one the most challenging climbs throughout the United States. It will be no easy task to reach the top. It will be a rigorous climb that involves literally months of training and preparation.
Because we have Corporate funding from Advanced Turbine Support, every single dollar we raise will go directly to the most promising research.
With your help, we will raise over $173,000 to find a cure!
We’re calling on Everyone Interested in Finding a Cure to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy to help. We’re doing this for all the boys with DMD.
If you know anyone affected with DMD please support us in this climb so we can support you in finding a cure for all of our boys. It’s up to the families to drive the research.
