   In March of 2006 I lost the most important person in my life and my daughter Ava lost her father she never got to meet.  Brian was a shining star.  He had a wonderful life he had accomplished so much in a short time; college, marriage, building of our home, an accomplished career at the Waltham Police Deptartment, impending fatherhood and 2 marathons to his name.  But Brian was battling a secret illness no one seemed to know about and that night in March it all became too much for him.  We were all left with unanswered questions and feelings we did not know how to deal with.  My daughter and my life will never be the same.  But we would like to do this run/walk as part of  Brian's Team.  We would like to honor a person who lived 32 years of his life to the fullest.  He was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother, police officer and friend to so many.

   Please contribute to this worthwhile cause in hopes other families will not have to go through what we did.  Hopefully they can reach out through this organization and get the help they need.  Brian is in my thoughts and prayers everyday.  Like so many other who battle today we are walking/running on September 29, 2007 in memory of Brian if you could help in anyway you can use this website for monetary donations to help this worthwhile cause.
